Exalon GmbH (incorporated, limited liability company) is an independent, privately owned service provider company founded in 2007 offering electronic submission services for medicinal products. The team consists of regulatory affairs experts and document management professionals with long-standing careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

The business model focusses on our core competencies Regulatory Publishing and Document Processing. We invest in experienced operations staff and technology infrastructure essential to safely managing our clients’ critical documents and submissions on a secure platform. Exalon maintains little Sales, Marketing and Administrative manpower large enough to facilitate sustained, healthy growth. We pass the cost savings derived from maintaining low overhead on to our clients. Due to this flat hierarchy our clients have always access to senior experts managing their submissions as well as to the Managing Partners. This model enables us to provide high quality eCTD submissions within short timeframes at a highly competitive cost (customer references).
