EU: New version 4.2.1 of the Light Authoring Tool for PIM released

A new version 4.2.1. of the LAT (Light Authoring Tool) for PIM (Product Information Management) has been released by the EU Telematics Implementation Group for PIM.

Background: LAT provides basic capability to build XML-based product information using an interface with viewing, editing and life-cycle management capabilities. The LAT also assists an applicant in packaging the XML and associated information for submission to the EMA.

Release 4.2.1 is a minor LAT release that introduces support for the latest DES v2.7.1 (QRD Templates v7.3.1) while it also addresses various known issues. It can be downloaded from the PIM website of the Telematics Implementation Group (see link at the bottom of this article) together with updated installation manual, user manual and release notes.

In addition, Response to Question #13 of the LAT FAQ has been updated.
