EU: Further updates regarding PIM released by EMA

Only 1 day after the last PIM update (see our related News Article), the EMA has posted some more updates:

The "PIM Concepts" document which has been published yesterday as v.2.1 has already been revised and now been released as v.2.2. Changes introduced to v.2.1 include:

Section 1.2: Corrected postal address for PIM helpdesk
Section "Related Information": Corrected hypertext links to Internet resources for the Centralized Procedure
Whole document: Abbreviation "EMA" has been replaced by "Agency" (body text) or "European Medicines Agency" and "Agency" (Glossary).

In addition, an new version 3.0 of the PIM Guidance for Applicants has been released, which was not mentioned in yesterday`s release. The new version 3.0 contains several significant changes compared with v2.0 (December 2009), which are summarized in Section 1.7.2 "What’s New in This Guide" of the Guidance document.
